Penny Pincher Clothing Tips

This may be an obvious tip, but is worth re-visiting.

When my children were growing up in our little lake community, there were MANY other children in the neighborhood. Most of us felt perfectly comfortable passing the cloths that our children had outgrown to one another throughout the neighborhood. I was happy to accept cloths, and just as happy to save cloths and passed them along to others in large plastic bags.

Of course, if you are wealthy and can afford to purchase brand new clothing for your children, you are blessed, but young children often don't wear out their clothing very quickly...and very young children even less, so please consider passing cloths on. You're never too rich to save money these days. If you don't do so in your community, there are churches that are happy to accept your cloths and pass them along to people in need, whether they be right here in our own country in the many areas that have suffered during recent natural disasters, or throughout the world.
